For me the calling came in the 1980s, long before wellness became a movement, long before science caught up with what so many of us already sensed intuitively. Something in me knew that the body was designed to thrive, not simply to survive, and that knowledge set the course for everything that followed.
For decades I studied, explored, and lived these principles. Then in 2008 I discovered Zurvita and found a company whose philosophy aligned with everything I had come to understand about real nutrition. Three years later, in 2011, I made it official, becoming an Independent Consultant and turning a lifelong passion into a purposeful and fulfilling mission. When Zinzino entered my world with its revolutionary test-based, personalized approach to nutrition, adding it to my work was a natural and obvious next step.
I am Tânia-Maria, an Afro-Latina wellness entrepreneur from Brazil, Independent Partner with Zinzino and Zurvita, and the founder of Healthroads™. What I bring to this work is not a recent conversion. It is a lifetime of genuine commitment to understanding how the body works and what it truly needs to flourish.
My journey into wellness was never just about products. It was about people. It was about understanding that our bodies are speaking to us constantly, through fatigue, inflammation, imbalance, and that most of us have never been given the right tools to listen.
That is what drew me to Zinzino’s test-based, personalized nutrition approach. For the first time I found a company that begins with proof, a blood spot test that shows you exactly where your body is and what it needs, and builds from there. No guesswork. No generic solutions. Just science, personalized for you.
I am also a proud Zurvita consultant, carrying forward a legacy of whole-food nutrition and award-winning wellness products that have transformed lives across the United States and beyond.
Multilingual and rooted in a rich cultural background, I am able to connect with and serve a diverse community of people who are serious about taking their health into their own hands.
I bring to this work something that cannot be reduced to a single credential, but a lifetime of lived experience. I know what it means to search for answers when conventional approaches fall short. I know what it means to find something that actually works and feel compelled to share it with everyone you love.
My background in corporate training and leadership has given me the tools to educate and empower. My identity as a highly sensitive person has given me the ability to truly listen, and my faith has given me the conviction that this work, helping people reclaim their health, is worth showing up for every single day.
