For me it was a calling, one that began in 1980s and has shaped every chapter of my life since.
I am Tânia-Maria, an Afro-Latina wellness entrepreneur from Brazil, Independent Partner with Zinzino and Zurvita, and the founder of Healthroads™. For years I have been on the front lines of the wellness industry, not as a bystander, but as someone who has lived it, studied it, and walked alongside people through it.
My journey into wellness was never just about products. It was about people. It was about understanding that our bodies are speaking to us constantly, through fatigue, inflammation, imbalance and that most of us have never been given the right tools to listen.
